Was in the store at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night...had 5 things in my hand I really wanted to buy but had to try on first. Asked an employee about dressing room and she said they close them about 15 min before closing. Um, it’s 30 min before closing and how am I supposed to buy if I can’t try on. Attention management, You need to teach your staff on how to have better customer service and manners towards your shoppers. I had a friend go in there the other day, she is plus size and was looking for some jewelry when one of your associates came up to her and ask if she could help her because your store didn't carry her size.
