Charlotte is delightful to deal with and really listened to our ideas and thoughts, making sure she incorporated them into the design but bringing her own expertise, knowledge and passion. She is also a good communicator and answered all our questions and queries through out the process - really caring about the result and that we got what we wanted. Charlotte has been fantastic. We were first introduced to her a couple of years ago whilst she was working at a garden design agency, who designed our full-garden landscaping. We were really pleased with her work then, her knowledge of what planting would work for our preferences and setting, and the tips and advice she offered.
