This is the worst transportation I ever delt with ! I can't from another state and moving here to experience this nonsense is very unacceptable,unprofessional, and careless. It's been two weeks and my son bus driver never came to his stop ! She gonna say she not stopping there due to it being a circle . I call the bus station and was told that was a lie ! I been holding for 45 min and the call was disconnected before anyone answered. I am 20 min in the second call still I understand it maybe busy but it seems after holding for some time (30 min or so) the phone automatically hangs up. Not fair to Mother's that has concerns about there child bus schedule. I have no words to show my frustration how bad the transportation system is. Drivers are so rude and have so much negative energy around them. Elementary Kids wait for 20 min average everyday for the bus. Middle school kids wait for 35-40 min average everyday. Its so unprofessional and waste of the tax money. Hire well trained and professional drivers who knows how to get and show respect among kids.
They never pick up the phone, and the drivers are very rude rolling their eyes at your kindergarten kids who just started school who haven't gotten used to this new routine yet. It's rediculous behavior from an adult they have no patients with little children, so get a job somewhere else where you don't deal with them.
All these bad reviews and yall still haven’t changed nothing ? Literally stop being lazy and do your part with making sure the children get to school and home safely and that’s you communicate with parents properly. Yall sad. Probably just sitting in the office letting the day run !
