The organization is absoutely horrible! The bus is NEVER consistent. My son has missed the bus 50% of the school year due to the bus coming whenever it wants. Scheduled at 7am, sometimes it comes at 7:45, sometimes it comes at 6:30. His school is a 30 min drive for me and I've had to take time off work and lose money to drive him to school from the inconsistent busses. whoever was driving bus 524 on 5/14/26 almost ran me off the road and when i pulled up beside them, she was on her phone texting and driving WITH KIDS ON THE BUS!!!
Between around 3:20PM and 3:30PM I was headed home from work and saw in front of me school bus 1948 letting out groups of kids on the right side of Albemarle Rd which has 2 lanes going in one direction with a grass medium and 2 lanes going in the other direction. I watched a small little girl get out of the bus then run behind the bus and cross all 4 lanes of traffic over to the sidewalk on the other side. This should never ever be allowed to happen and I'm reporting the driver of this bus. You people better get this solved ... read more
I was driving North on Statesville Rd when bus number 1874 did NOT stop for the stop sign coming off Norris Ave. and pulled right out into traffic. Someone needs to say thing. I drive around all day with my job and see buses doing things all day...
So sick of this schoolbus driving recklessly through our neighborhood. They are literally driving 65+mph through a small residential community with complete disregard for public safety. Our neighborhood has no sidewalks and they are using it to cut through to avoid traffic lights. There are kids playing, elderly people walking, pets - and this huge vehicle is just barreling through with no regard for the humans or animals that live here.
