this is a disgrace. My child has to wait at school for over an hour everyday and It affects her homework, her after school activities, and overall mental state. It would be quicker if she walked home. We need to fix this as soon as possible so our children can get their proper education. I would also like to add that my child is 30 minutes late to class every morning unless she takes car.
I observed a CMS School # 1018 driving today at 6pm on Hickory Grove at WT Harris talking on a cellphone. The female driver not Operator had the phone up to her ear. She was not giving full time and attention to the road. This is what is carrying our loved ones everyday. I called to report it however, I only got recordings then was hung up on twice. Ridiculous!
Please for the love of God go back to the Here Comes the Bus app! I don’t know whose idea it was to switch to AlphaPortal but they should be fired. AlphaPortal is by far my worst app experience ever. It doesn’t track accurately %80 of the time,, sometimes the bus isn’t even on the map, and their “updates” just cause more issues!! They lie about when ur bus is coming had me waiting 1 week + for an address change just too get a bus im missing important stuff at school then they never pick up the phone worse transportation ever!
I know someone you missed an entire morning class because her bus was late! It was unfair!
