My son is 15, a special class kid, came to DMV in Englewood today to get his driving permit. He pass his online class and a test for permit online assigned by Lemon Bay high school. At DVM, they said that they don’t have his information that he passed his test online, it’s very common issue for all kids. We have an option to retake a test in person now, and if he doesn’t pass a test to call an online school to resubmit his information. He didn’t pass the test in person. Avoid booth T-3 if you can! I went in on Wednesday, May 20th, around 10:45 AM and encountered the rudest, most miserable customer service. The woman working the booth acted like my presence was a massive inconvenience and couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions. When I asked for a driver's test study guide, she flat-out told me nothing like that exists. Lo and behold, I found it right on their website a few minutes later.
