I am the owner of both local and out-of-county used car dealerships, and over the years, I’ve conducted transactions in multiple counties across the state without any issues—including in Orange and Miami-Dade Counties. Honestly man, they're rude. I dealt with Rebeka and Frank in person and they were great but when I call, I feel like I'm getting scolded by my fifth grade teacher. They are very upset that they have to answer questions. But at the end of they day what do you expect from government employees lol

Best experience I've ever had at a DMV office. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful as was Frank, who assisted me changing my TX Drivers License over to a Florida license. Process was fast, easy and efficient and spent less than 20 minutes before I walked out with my new licence.
