I am a frequent rider for CATS transit in Charlotte NC. LET'S GIVE IT UP for these drivers that have to put up with YOU TRIFLING, SMELLY, UNRULY RIDERS. Most of the drivers will stop when they see you trying to catch the bus. I Applaud you drivers for doing so. Drivers (MAINLY WOMEN), please be careful giving us passengers attitudes, because you never know how your day is going to end up. Who in the world is customer service? The way the speak isn't presentable in any way. One of the representative doesn't look like she wants to be at work at all. Why bother answering the phone i try to be nice with them but they aren't good

LET'S GIVE IT UP for these drivers that have to put up with YOU UNRULY RIDERS, .such as yourself....I find most drivers to be professional...most will stop when they see you trying to catch the bus...I APPAULD you drivers for doing so...to some of the women drivers..STOP HAVING SUCH BAD ATTITUDES with us riders....YOU get what you put out....there are some of us riders that go to bat for you drivers...it's not fare you drivers let the freaking homeless people on for fre... read more
