Terrible service drives are terrible to a couple of them old and angry and don't stop for you
Zero stars. Horrible. 30-50 minute light rail delays happen often. Absolutely incompetent and a waste of tax money.
Well I it been there 1994-1999
I Was In Charlotte From 1994 To 1999! And I Have Met Some Nice Bus Drivers. Marshall Chisholm, David Lucus, Kevin Kelly, William Ross, Kathleen Pennymoney, Mark Crosby And A Few Others. As Far As The Nasty Bus Drivers Only 2 Come To Mind! T. Beatty And Tina Booker. This Since Then This Transit System Has Gone Down!, Rude Customer Service, Terrible Drivers, And Often Late On Routes! This Transit System Needs To Be Overhauled.
