We had a hot tub delivered and energized and planned to have water delivered thereafter. Charlie showed up right on time, VERY personable and professional. He filled the tub and left. The next morning we woke up to discover that the spa was only half full due to an installation error. The company we bought the spa from came out and repaired it. I don't even know where to start! These guys are phenomenal! This is what and how customer service should be! I was in a pinch and needed water quick. They responded to my many messages quickly and came out the same day. Even though they had been working all day in 90° heat, they still made me feel like I was the only customer they had and were so kind and professional.
