Husband attended here, definitely not the type of place for long term success very difficult to get aftercare. Very lacking in information when trying to stay clean with medications and therapy sessions. I get it it’s state funded, but regardless they need to hire all new people.
After leaving detox facility and sincerely completing program, I have been 100% unable to get any help from the facility with my paperwork for short term disability benefits through my work. I called 100’z of times and even went by and gave a tech all the packet and paperwork too. Left numerous messages and have had absolutely zero assistance.
This facility is ableist. Do not send your loved ones here. My ex went here for help, and before they even admitted him they were trying to find a way to get rid of him due to his preexisting condition, claiming that they host violent patients or he might trip and fall on the stairs (his disability does not make him unstable or any more likely to fall than anyone else) and were referring to him by a slur related to his disability.
