I have not bought a bike from here, I do live in the neighborhood, I have a one wheel and an electric golf cart. I use both often. I've found myself with not enough charge to get home on each. Both times they helped me out and allowed me to charge enough to get home. Very friendly staff, and willing to help out neighbors. If I do buy an electric bike, it will be from here for those reasons.
Awesome place. Helped me with my tubeless wheel setup. Very fast and knowledgable. They’ll work on more than just e-bikes.
I’ve been to this shop a couple of times, and Jake has always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Whether it’s finding the right parts or answering my questions, he’s been great. Definitely my go-to spot for e-bike needs!

I have brought both my wife’s and my EBC bike to Charlie’s for service. Their communication is great and service was exceptional. I believe they deliver exceptional overall service. I know they support many brands so I encourage anyone in North County to check them out for your electric bike needs.
