I'm writing a long overdue review. Twelve years ago, Charlie did a major "tune up" on our sailboat's 23hp diesel engine and also did related fuel, cooling, and electrical system work. It wasn't inexpensive, but here it is 12 years later and we have not had the first issue with anything he worked on. Excellent work costs more up front but saves a lot over the long term!
