Poor customer service. I stopped by Charlie’s Automotive Muffler & Brake just to get a quick estimate on installing a part — not to have any work done, just a price quote. Instead of taking a minute to take a look, they told me they were closing soon and to come back Monday. The attitude felt salty and dismissive, like my time wasn’t worth anything. I understand closing times, but refusing to even look or provide basic information isn’t professional. Definitely left a bad impression.

They fix what is broken and doesn’t try to sale you something that you don’t need. You can trust Charlie, and he does quality work too!
Would not fix a bad job. tried to blame me. Was ill and rude. Disrespected a ptsd veteran. Cannot recommend!
