If I could give a place zero stars it would be Charlie Crumpler Photography. Had pictures done in July. Was supposed to take a week to get back. A week or two into September still didn’t have them. Called numerous times and left voicemails to no avail. The “guarantee “ that you’ll LOVE your pictures or get a refund. Absolutely a lie. Instead they get angry and make excuses as to why they don’t call back in a reasonable time or answer their phones.
