I would do 3.5 if I could. The pick up and drop off process was super easy but I was told the car had a full tank which it did not, and I incurred some fees that were not disclosed to me and told I couldn't be given any information about them because I was at the aguadilla location and not the San Juan location. Good car, nice workers, easy check in and drop off.
Our experience was good. However, we needed to return to the office as the original car died and we needed to jump it for it to work. The second car was much better and gave us less grief.
