Charlie’s was great, great staff and great service. The Hyundai Venue was great
Horrible customer service no hi, no welcome to pr nothing gave us a car with big dents and scratches marks all over the seat. At the return we weren’t greeted or anything he took the keys went out side I said “ do you guys show anything about the car to anyone” he looks at me and walks away very rude and unwelcoming. Definitely never getting a car From here again. The funny thing is he won’t show you the car but he is very fast to go inspect it for any damages.
Amazing car rental open 24hr/7 days. We receive at first a car but they seem genuinely unaware and have us no trouble in rent us another rental. The car was perfect economical in gas and spacious enough for our family. Suttle service was efficient
