Over a month ago, I booked an appointment for a head massage and massage. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly below expectations and did not align with the advertised services, a sentiment echoed by other clients. I sent a detailed email regarding this the following day but have not yet received a response. This is disappointing, especially considering a previous positive experience with Charley. Regrettably, the therapist I was booked with this time failed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable service.
I had a terrible experience at this massage clinic. The services they advertise on Facebook are completely misleading compared to what they actually provide. When I pointed this out, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience from start to finish. I went in expecting a relaxing massage, but it was anything but that. The setup was extremely uncomfortable—I couldn’t relax at all. Every time my face was down during the massage, I had this awful feeling that someone was watching me from behind the curtains. It felt so unprofessional and unsettling. When I raised my concerns, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage or good customer service.
Super disappointing experience. I booked an appointment specifically for a head massage, and it turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had.
