My mom was in this horrible place for 9 days and the quality of care was extremely lacking. When I first walked in, the automatic door did not work. I walked up to the reception desk and two staff were talking about personal things. I figured I would give them a minute. They could see me, but did not respond for 4 minutes, 4 minutes!!!
