Sweet Gourmet has the best peanut butter truffles. After discovering them on one of my many visits to Charleston I began ordering them in the mail. I live in NY and order them for holiday gifts. I was very disappointed this time when an order I placed 2 weeks ahead of time was not received. I am a regular customer, as is my family that lives in Charleston. Customer service left me frustrated as and I felt my business was unappreciated. Upstate NY
Charleston Sweet Gourmet is a great little local shop. I always go there to get gift baskets made for thank yous, birthdays or any occasion. Their selection of local fair is great but the candy selection brings me back to my childhood. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I LOVE Charleston Sweet Gourmet!! They made me the MOST AMAZING College Care Package for my friend's daughter. The gift basket included college logo items for the University of South Carolina and a wonderful array of gourmet treats!! It was a hit and I will be buying gift baskets there in the future!!
I purchased a gorgeous and delicious gourmet gift basket here. They had a great selection of products ranging from sauces to sweets. They have whatever you need and the staff is lovely.
Walked in, looked around, and finished a huge amount of my holiday shopping. They have something for almost everyone on my list. What a great store and what great service.
