I believe this company tried to scam us with excessive fees. They wanted over $2000 and would not disclose what the "fees" were for. Becareful dealing with these folks. Accounts manager Susie is very unhelpful.

Are you kidding me Charleston sanitary double charge my account on a weekend and I have no way to get a hold of nobody. My money is my money not Charleston sanitary. I will be calling you guys on Monday since you guys are not set up for the public whatsoever.

If these people can receive less than one star it would be more than appropriate they're very unprofessional overcharging unorganized organization the women that work in the office are horrible gossip Queens

As others have said, these guys are way behind with a payment system straight out of the early 90's. You cannot go online and pay unless you have a bill in hand. They don't tell you how much you owe and their system won't allow payment information to be stored. Why does giving someone money have to be so difficult... Makes you wonder how the rest of the business is run, maybe someone should inspect their operation.

This company is seriously the worst. They are the epitome of how this whole coos bay area is 20 years behind the entire rest of the nation. They refuse to update their website or their phone service, completely ignoring complaints from previous reviewers. You cannot leave a voicemail. There is no automated phone robot you can use to pay a bill. There is no good online pay option. There is no auto pay.
