Really strange experience. I pulled into the parking lot and checked my gps to make sure I was in the right place because there is no signage anywhere. Regardless, I checked the photos of the storefront on the website and realized I was at the right place. It was just then that a man approached my car window and insist I roll it down. Regarding custom work: The sales guy sounded a little paranoid on the phone, suggesting I might be trying to spy on their processes and then take my business elsewhere. Didn't matter though, because he ghosted me shortly after seeing my custom design. They might do awesome work, who knows! If you're able to get past the flighty sales personnel maybe you'll have a chance to find out.
