went across the street. by mistake. No one greeted us, no one offered to help so we left. Entered Amish store, greeted by friendly sales lady. Asked to help us, gave us background and where to look, and she was available when we found something we needed to ask questions on.She knew her products and made excellent suggestions and not pushy.Store was very nice , clean and spacious and laid out well. My wife and I have been looking for an island for our new home... we found it today at Charleston Amish Furniture. Jeff was so helpful, he gave us space to talk, he took measurements, worked out a great deal... my wife said to tell everyone that he gave her some furniture cleaner and polish...LOL... we will definitely be back. All the staff were friendly and helpful...

The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, sadly the customer service not so much. I was in earlier this week looking for a dining room set during their 50% off sale which ends today. Not one sales person approached to offer to help but rather they all just stood behind a desk talking. Well I found a beautiful set that I wanted but wanted to wait until this weekend for personal reasons. So I go back in today to purchase it, and yet again no one offers any assistance. This is a beautiful store and the store associates were very friendly and helpful when my wife & I came in. The furnishings and accessories are very unique and attractive. This store is a great fit for the area and a nice tenant to have at Ashley Landing. I highly recommend!

Beautiful solid American made furniture with great prices
Simply gorgeous and very well made furniture. Would NEVER NEVER go to an Ethan Allen or place like that when there is Amish furniture around!!! Jeff took such good care of me and my son. He could have sold us pieces at full price but instead informed my son of a sale coming up November 9th so my son can wait to purchase his piece then. Wonderful people in this store and absolutely beautiful pieces!!!!!
