This nursing center almost killed my mother. When I got there to see her, her door was shut. That's against regulations. She was completely lethargic, unresponsive. She hadn't been changed at all they said because she didn't want to be changed. I immediately got a nurse and her blood oxygen level was in the 50's. They called 911. She was coming around a bit at this time, and 3 CNA's came in the room and changed her up before EMS got there so she looked better for the hospital. She was taken to critical care at RI hospital.
