I’m convinced they are a scam. Don’t give your taxes to them. They tried there hand with the Covid situation. At that point they don’t care whether or not you get your money as long as they get theirs. They aren’t helpful to any extent when it comes to taxes. If there are any issues with the IRS they expect you to handle it , even though they are the ones to file it? There is no professional curtesy.
