Documents on demand is a great service, the archive is wonderful, most of the staff is helpful, and they have a good browsing section… But they close way too early. I don’t understand why they couldn’t keep at least the north section open instead of kicking us all out and herding us into the tiny 24/7 study area. It’s often full of people- to the point where I can’t always grab a computer, people talk, and the doors loudly slam shut every time someone enters or leaves.
