Wasted quite a lot of money just to be told "but thats your parent" when trying to get help with a situation of a parent committing a long history of severe child abuse and while in an acute current situation where that person was actively threatenting and attempting to harm me and my child. Not very useful to be guilt tripped when needing suport and guidance on taking actions to protect myself

Charles is an amazing therapist who has helped myself, my husband and my daughter through celebrations and difficult times. He has helped get to the root of our issues, and has always been caring and compassionate. I highly recommend charles, and have sent many referrals his way.

Had a therapist here when I was younger would tell me that my beliefs about karma are false and karma does not exist at all. Fast forward years later, I still heavily believe in karma and it is a main component of my belief system. Now that I am older and I can reflect I think that this was not right.
