Spent a fortune on Charles stewart sofa and club chair. They did not stand behind their product whatsoever. Finally ditching it after 2 years because it's the most uncomfortable couch and chair I've ever owned! They wouldn't talk with me directly. Had to deal with store I ordered from. Sent cushions back to CS and 6 weeks later received....even more uncomfortable... Avoid this company!!!!!
