Mr. Spinner recently sent me a bill for a one-page paper that my ex-husband asked him to write. I had no idea that I would be billed since I never asked for the legal service. How can an attorney bill me for work that my ex-husband requested be done? Is this ethical? Sadly, his staff was rude as well,and one woman hung up on me. Is this professional?
