They are ok. Interest rate is basically 0 and fractional shares trading is more limited than fidelity, but the hold period on incoming deposits is shorter. They do offer a certain number of free wire transfers if your household holds >100k of assets with them. Biggest complaint is Zelle straight up doesn’t work despite being advertised. I made 3 attempts to set up a meeting with a CFP at this location, no success. First attempt, I asked if any women were CFP's and Jason hung up on me Second attempt, asked for a meeting with a CFP, Jason said he'd get back to me, no call back Third attempt, talked with Danielle, shared my previous 2 experiences, she assured me she'd call me to schedule something.
