We just got engaged and we’re very excited to visit this location learn more and open a joint account and investing. Shachee assisted us in the beginning and it was one of the worst experiences we have had so far at any Charles Schwab location to date. We did not feel welcomed at all and at one point I texted my fiancé that this was painful due to how silent the room was mid way through. Needed a medallion stamp, their VP initialed S.G. said they can't do it for me ? I don't get how this isnt a service offered by this location.

Specifically want to call out pedantic and condescending service I received from one of their VPs. They're not a full service bank, I expected more especially given their reputation. Unfortunately, it seems like their bank manager is incapable of maintaining customers.

Holier than thou attitude here compared to other banks. Poor service, I’ve been a client for over 15 years but felt like the staff here were constantly talking down to me
