Not happy here but it may not be CS's fault. My money/investments are being stolen by my former partner. I think CS is trying to do what they can but the laws and systems in place are not to set up to help nice, loving people. They are ok. Interest rate is basically 0 and fractional shares trading is more limited than fidelity, but the hold period on incoming deposits is shorter. They do offer a certain number of free wire transfers if your household holds >100k of assets with them. Biggest complaint is Zelle straight up doesn’t work despite being advertised. Every time I send money to my Schwab Zelle email address it gets declined. I’ve called support twice and both times they reset it and promised it would work going forward but same issue.
