The people who work at this location have zero empathy and are just robots that mindlessly repeat the same information you can get from the website. I don't understand the point of having a local office if account matters cannot be handled locally. I cannot recommend this company, working through a TOD inheritance situation with them has been nothing but frustration!
I've had a very positive experience with Charles Schwab so far. John Kayser in particular has been very helpful, and I appreciate the time he's spent walking me through my options.
I have recently opened an IRA account with them. They were very helpful in getting me the proper documentation that I needed for my employer. Good people.
