I was not able to get an IRA situation taken care of via Schwab. It needed rectified quickly for tax season. I reached out to our local Schwab Financial Consultant- Nicole. She followed up quickly, escalated our case and got it resolved. She was wonderful!

It is sooooo maddening that I cannot get through to a single human after a half hour of trying on a Monday mid-day. I have been on hold for an extended duration, put my number in for a call back, participated in an online chat, and gone through countless automated attendant menus and I cannot simply get through to a human to ask a simple question. I never ever had this problem at TD Ameritrade. I’m ready to move my accounts after this experience.
