The staff was friendly and I liked their detailed and sincere answers.
Terrible customer service and out dated systems, with very poor performance on banking investments without any accountability and communication, there are so many other options I regret ever using them. Probably why they are one of the worst performing investment banks now days as they are living in the past with poor systems and technology.
Do not go to this branch. Especially Joe Neri. I went to them at the end of December and we had a great meeting. He said he’d contact me after the New Year. He never did. I called him and left a voicemail - nothing. I called the branch directly - nothing. I emailed the branch director -nothing. I called the national office, who then contacted them via email and phone and you guessed it - nothing. Very rude service. Went into the branch and the old man at the front desk with glasses and a cheap watch was very condescending and unhelpful when asked simple questions about the services provided
