Just deposited a large check. Rolled over part of my retirement to an IRA. I created an account online, but I needed to deposit the check I received from my former employer. The woman receptionist was rude and sarcastic about everything. You would expect excellent customer service, especially when depositing that big of a check. I plan to do all of my transactions online. I will not be returning to this branch even though it's the closest to home.

I have been Charles Schwab customer for a long time and always had a great experience with their customer service! This time I had to deposit a large check and was running a little late leaving work. This branch was closing doors at 5:00 PM and I showed up 10 min before that. There were no customers and door was locked already. As my last resort I knocked on the door and was pleasantly surprised when the branch manager came out, opened the door and gladly helped me to deposit my check! Thank you Charles Schwab!

Lana was super helpful as well as Rebecca. They helped me through a complex process of ceating a special 401(K) plan and the issues with another company not transferring my money using Wire transfer which put me in a very tight spot of meeting an investment deadline. Even though it was no fault of Schwab, they worked diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that wire transfer to another investment company from Schwab went through and also waived transfer fee. I will use Dripping Springs branch for my investments.
