This Schwab branch in Bridgewater is fantastic. I do my retirement and invested savings with them so I don't need to come here often, but 2 years in a row now, I've come in unannounced with no appointment and there hasn't been a long line or wait, and I've been with great service both times. They took their time and helped me through things while trying to educate me and help me to better understand all of this otherwise confusing stuff!!
If you ask them about the "Cash Sweep" class action lawsuit, they pretend they know nothing about it. Schwab is programmed to put an investor's cash into its almost no interest sweep accounts. Likewise, they admit to knowing nothing about the SEC settlement for the Robo advisor cash allocation. They just can't stop nickel and dimeing investors.
Been working with Eric N here for a number of years and he has been super helpful, responsive, and thorough and one of the main reasons I’m still with Schwab. Appreciate all your help Eric!
