I have found Schwab website and customer service excellent. Fees are low and transparent. Website good and lots of good research. Josh mccammon does very good job responding to questions/problems I have had. Schwab helped me switch my mom from annuity earning less than 2% to one yielding 5%.
Trying to schedule a meeting with an advisor but their phone just rings and they have no answering machine. Not sure anyone actually works here?! Pretty bad look
Front of the house customer service from the young lady there was quick and friendly. Overheard the other lady giving attentive and respectful customer service also. Deposited a check and was told the funds would be available for trading immediately. Great!
Hands down the worst stock broker there is. Absolute garbage app I’ve learned to deal with but nearly impossible to trade with… Third world infrastructure running their systems that will go down during crucial times.
