I was trying to open an account there and transfer money. The receptionist was so inept. I asked her 3 times if she could fax the request to the bank. As I was walking out I said I guess I will have to find a fax elsewhere. Then said to me. Oh I thought you wanted to receive a fax. She even opened my account regarding the transfer. Either way she was really stupid or just rude.

I'll update my review with details at a later time but ... Go with Fidelity. This banking institution is a mess for consumers. You literally have to "call the bank" and sit on hold to update debit card balances if you attempt to access funds through a debit card transaction because ... Their bank doesnt update debit cards to reflect account balances until AFTER 9 AM.
My account was transferred from TD Ameritrade. Call twice in 2 days - not pleasant or productive. May be the people that work there are just not happy with their situation.
