I was there to open a new account, and Ryan, a gentleman who was present at the desk, kindly assisted me throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the service he rendered. He was extremely kind and was graciously tentative.

Customer Service needs some help. The are fairly unresponsive, especially compared to other CS locations. I have a 7 figure account at CS and couldn't get a response for two weeks at which point I went elsewhere. I got multiple mass general distribution emails during the same timeframe.
I was trying to open an account there and transfer money. The receptionist was so inept. I asked her 3 times if she could fax the request to the bank. As I was walking out I said I guess I will have to find a fax elsewhere. Then said to me. Oh I thought you wanted to receive a fax. She even opened my account regarding the transfer. Either way she was really stupid or just rude.
