Surprised this branch hasn't been shut down. After several visits there's a certain "manager?" that is completely unhelpful. Every time I visit branch for some issue that I cannot resolve online she just refers you to call customer service. It's gotten to the point where I wonder why my fees are paying for bloated salaries when I can just call customer service
Came to McKinney to get my account situated after being on the phone for weeks to figure it out. Tried to get in when they had the place shut down for a cheer banquet thing with no warnings online. Now I’m needing to drive hours again back to figure it out. We’ve never taken the time to type a complaint. We are only disappointed because this information not only was needed but now we are needing to figure it out again forcing us to repeat another 2 week process before we even get a chance to get back down here.
