Came to McKinney to get my account situated after being on the phone for weeks to figure it out. Tried to get in when they had the place shut down for a cheer banquet thing with no warnings online. Now I’m needing to drive hours again back to figure it out. We’ve never taken the time to type a complaint. We are only disappointed because this information not only was needed but now we are needing to figure it out again forcing us to repeat another 2 week process before we even get a chance to get back down here.
Scott is always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions (with no high pressure) that have proven valuable to my family’s assets over the years. He listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable of current investment strategies. Janet is second to none in her prompt responses and action re. questions and requests. Her diligence in handling every detail ensures that you have an excellent team looking out for your best interests.
