Janet at the front desk is awesome and nice and helpful. Two workers in office did not know Schwab software features I showed them. I debated one worker who started arguing with me about stocks when I knew more than her. She gave me her best 4 etf pics that all lost money in 1 month 3 month and 1 year and 3 of them also lost at 2 years. My treasury bonds make much more money than her 4 etf pics in the last 2 years. If she simply had returned my call as the secretary promised I would not have posted this review, but that lack... read more
