Nobody ever got back to me to support my account. I guess they are too busy or not interested. I had to reach out to the other locations in town.
Jake took great care of my family and me, setting up accounts and configuring them to our needs. Feels great to have such a kind, knowledgeable partner at our local office.
I don’t know what branch that Javeed Khan works at but he is rude and telling me I need to let my husband do the talking like what the hell did you say he stayed in his country women knows their place well we are not in his country we are in America and it’s not the only person he was rude to
Wish I still had ameritrade. If youre over age of 80, then schwab may be for you but it the app is not user friendly at all and there are a lot of features that you cannot access on your phone. Get with the times. This isn't the 1980s
