Friendly and easy to talk with.
They have a variety of investment programs/plans for you. However, I don't like the verbage used i.e. "harvest" the loss if they take over your investments and sell some stocks as if it's something positive; it sounds so misleading. I'd rather have the gains and pay taxes rather than taking any loss. I understand they want to use words to maximize the positives and minimize the negatives in trying to sell things to you, a sale tactic, but I'd rather they be honest and say things like to minimize the loss, etc., after all, yo... read more
Horrible phone service - unless you know the name of someone who works there you keep getting thrown back to agents in Texas or California but NOT a local person with whom you can make an appointment. And the option they call "directory" only asks you to spell the name of who works there, but does not tell you any names, as you would think by the "directory" title. Most unsatisfactory.
