Poor Experience at This Schwab Office I visited this Schwab investment office in person to clarify a single item and drop off a form. Instead of receiving helpful service, I was essentially laughed at by the two staff members at the front desk. They incorrectly dismissed the form as unnecessary and told me to take a different route. Terrible customer service.
Impossible to get the local office on the phone. When calling I was routed to Denver office. Not very good customer service
Everyone is helpful and proficient in their work... Gabriel and Peter are excellent ambassadors for the company... always helping everyone
