Never answer the phones at the branch
We took my 94 year old Dad to Schwab this morning to make a deposit. We never have a good experience with the person at the front desk when we walk into the Germantown location. In fact, I despise even having to go to this location because of how we are greeted. She needed to verify him. We explained he was 94 and that it is difficult to get him in and out of the truck and we asked that she go to the truck to do so. Unsure why all the glowing reviews. I filled out some info on their website and 3 business days later, a bag full of crickets. They must be too busy for my money.
