Please think twice before doing business with Charles Schwab. As you can see, their system was TOTALLY DOWN FOR A FULL DAY. I called multiple times to speak to different agents, telling them I needed to sell a position. They stated the system was completely down all promised call backs and NEVER DID. Once their system came back up (THE NEXT DAY), I sold the position at much lower price and was told by a broker that the difference in the price will be adjusted later. Very bad bank. Cost me 10,000 dollars this week. I’m done with them and will most likely will sue them for my loses. Stay away from them. M
