I recently moved to Edmond from out of State. I had a couple financial transactions I needed to complete in the New Year, so I went to the Edmond CS office. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Ashley. She very quickly processed both of my transactions and had me headed out the door in less than 10 minutes. I have been with Charles Schwab since 1987 and the level of service has always been the best. The Edmond Branch is obviously living up to the founders standard. Many thanks Ashley!
I went there with a question about my online orders and the question was answered quickly and the representative even walked me through the answer to the problem.
Schwab is completely incompetent. It has been next to impossible to initiate a RMD from a retirement account. I’ve talked to 11 different people at this point. Trust me… just use someone else for your investment needs.
Cannot get someone to talk to!! No one available!! I was thinking of changing from Vanguard to CS, but not if they don’t have anyone to talk to?? What sort of company is this? What a joke!!
I have had difficulty liquidating my late wife's substantial account through this firm. I was named as the sole beneficiary of the account and after contacting and visiting their offices in order to facilitate this request, they proceeded to force me to open an account with them for tax reasons. I filled out several lengthy forms and mailed them in.
