Great service when they are TAKING your money. Couldn’t get a straight answer from the guy at the front desk today when trying to ask questions about my account. There’s a ton of places to invest your money in Louisville; this won’t be one of the ones I ever use again.

It shouldnt be so difficult to opt out of sharing my info. The phone number provided for privacy makes you jump through hoops to get to your account and then doesn't give you the option to opt out of sharing.
Investment and financial advisors always recommend saving as early in life as possible. My family wants to follow that advice. Just after my son's 18th birthday and graduation he got a job. Wanted to save and invest some of those earnings. I assisted him opening an account online with Schwab. Everything went great until they require your Identity at the end.
