The first person I encountered understood exactly why I entered a brick and mortar Schwab. She was on her way to helping me when all of a sudden a most unpleasant person appeared from nowhere and told her everything she was doing was wrong. Not good. I needed help with my husband’s portfolio and with mine. She told me to go online. OK. But I need help.
