100% of my visits to this location (because I was in the area) left me frustrated and my problems unresolved. I find them unprofessional, unhelpful, short sighted and too lazy to go the extra mile for an established client. The Mequon office personnel are far superior, but quite a distance away. I helped my Wife's elderly Aunt with a problem with a Schwab Check that wouldn't clear.V.P. of Financial Services Kyle Wold investigated and found a typo that someone processed incorrectly. He expedited the paperwork and overnighted a (corrected) set of checks so She could get her Estimated Tax issues solved without further penalty.
