If I could leave no stars I would. Had a savings and checking account and wrote my first check. With twice the amount I needed in my account, they bounced my check due to "signature irregularity." No email, no text, just a phone call that I didn't answer because spam! They left a scammer message telling me to call back, and when I googled the number, it came up as probably a scam. Very Rude, was treated with no respect walking into their office for the first time. No one returns your call, my broker switched from TD Ameritrade and after switching to Schwab never heard from him again.
I my branch in boca Raton , the phone rang & rang , and then the phone hung up on their end. I did this several times with different numbers. What the hell is going on at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Wednesday but nobody can answer phone ?
