In general, I have positive experience with Schwab. Of course, they could do better, and in some simple cases they must, but nobody wanna take even a small risk but stick with an ignorance. Once, I was extremely irritated. After my positive testing time, I moved IRA to them. Schwab suggested to do the move by the IRA holder. Allilyia, I lost on a simple transaction. If I could leave no stars I would. Had a savings and checking account and wrote my first check. With twice the amount I needed in my account, they bounced my check due to "signature irregularity." No email, no text, just a phone call that I didn't answer because spam! They left a scammer message telling me to call back, and when I googled the number, it came up as probably a scam. Very Rude, was treated with no respect walking into their office for the first time. No one returns your call, my broker switched from TD Ameritrade and after switching to Schwab never heard from him again.
