I have my accounts for more than 10 years. With very strong Spanish accent, I visited different locations. The employees are very professional and respectful even when I call them. I'm respectful and courteous to others, generally is the same treatment I received back from them.

We had a 4 p.m. appointment last Friday at Charles Schwab in Boca Raton, scheduled earlier that week. We called our representative twice to confirm and left voicemails at his personal extension. Neither call was returned. When we arrived, he was standing there joking with other employees and munching on a bag of cookies. In general, I have positive experience with Schwab. Of course, they could do better, and in some simple cases they must, but nobody wanna take even a small risk but stick with an ignorance. Once, I was extremely irritated. After my positive testing time, I moved IRA to them. Schwab suggested to do the move by the IRA holder. Allilyia, I lost on a simple transaction. If I could leave no stars I would. Had a savings and checking account and wrote my first check. With twice the amount I needed in my account, they bounced my check due to "signature irregularity." No email, no text, just a phone call that I didn't answer because spam! They left a scammer message telling me to call back, and when I googled the number, it came up as probably a scam.
