Do not do business here! They take your money faster and easier than they will ever give it back! Nothing but headaches, wrong paperwork, and mounting issues. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
We moved to our house seven years ago and shortly thereafter we started to receive mail from Charles Schwab for the previous owner. We have contacted their customer service, head office, then this office, REPEATEDLY! Still receiving his mail. Can’t, In good conscience, just throw it out or into recycling, I’m sure others would. It’s his IRA!!!! I could not, in any way, recommend this office or business with their total lack of concern with their clients sensitive information.
