their online transfer funds is a mess if you have an error. They make it very difficult to add manually an external account...it's unnecessary. Everything used to work now it's broken. unhappy.
Opened an account online and needed to verify my identity in branch. The receptionist is very friendly and had it done swiftly.
Absolutely the worst experience of trying to get any kind of paperwork from Schwab. Unhelpful and these are the people i am supposed to be trusting to handle my money?? No thanks.
It’s a darn shame! Very disappointing branch. I met with a financial consultant who suggested some things. Upon his advice I sold certain funds and met with a fixed income specialist. I contacted the consultant back to Go over next steps. He didn’t respond, then apologized for the lack of communication. Said he’d get back to me, which he never did. In the meantime the Schwab statement has him removed as a consultant. I call to ask why and who would I talk to. I was told the rules at Schwab changed with no further explanation... read more
