Initially assigned a junior financial advisor that didn’t match the customer’s needs. When concerns were raised, was not willing to make a change until pushed and risk of losing customer. Once a qualified financial advisor was assigned, they over promised on how they would help and the failed to follow through.
Went to Lone Tree office after being locked out of my account (3 wrong pins) and another problem. Was assisted by Taylor M. Very impressed with the way she handled and resolved my issues.
