Extremely rude people. They love to waste peoples time and energy. Never responding to emails or phone calls. On top of that they give terrible advice. I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money.
I’m appalled at the service I have received today at Charles Schwab in Lonetree. After spending 3+ hours on the phone with them we went into their bank branch on Lincoln and Lone Tree park way. We were greeted with the worst customer service and frankly not a single level of management seemed to care about us our money or the mishandling of funds!
