I’m appalled at the service I have received today at Charles Schwab in Lonetree. After spending 3+ hours on the phone with them we went into their bank branch on Lincoln and Lone Tree park way. We were greeted with the worst customer service and frankly not a single level of management seemed to care about us our money or the mishandling of funds! Wildly unhelpful people working there. Could not answer basic questions.
Very rude front desk person. I believe her name was Cher Becerra. She was rude, unprofessional, arrogant and didnt know the answers to any of my questions but kept telling me to ask her what questions I have!!! Dear Cher Beccera, you are NOT qualified to answer financial questions, so dont tell people to ask you questions you are NOT qualified to answer. Instead do your front desk job duty and schedule the appointment as you were asked. I will be talking to your manager.
