I always receive excellent service at this branch. Katina is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is always warm, welcoming and attentive. She never gets upset or impatient when I forget my password. She is pleasant and encouraging, and willingly guides me through the process of resetting my password. I must say that I love the personal individual attention that is given to me. Amazing experience here. Was a young investor and they treated me with patience and answered all of my questions with care. Karina was great!
This bank over steps their authority with peoples own money and restrict access from your own account for weeks/months and makes bs excuses like fraud investigation or patriots act. I would never recommend this bank. Nobody can help you not even this branch until someone from their fraud department reaches out to you and that can take until whenever they feel like it. If you're looking for a new bank, stay far away from this one if you don't want to get your money locked up for months/weeks.
Account was restricted because Joint account holder (mom) needed to be verified. Visited the Millburn office. Spent all of two minutes there and they said all is good. They were too busy setting up ice-cream bar to take careof thi properly. All was not good because account is still restricted. After calling 800 number, was told they still needed two items. Avoid this office if possible.
