On two separate occasions, we delivered documents to the downtown Fort Worth office, where staff scanned them and mailed the original documents to the main office; however, those originals were subsequently lost and have not been located. Additionally, I overheard a discussion between a manager and an employee stating that the Fort Worth location was not truly an office, but a downtown and Fort Worth presence.
