Excellent service from every office we have been to.
On the morning of August 5, when the markets were dropping, there was no way to log in to the Schwab account. When I called (3x), I could not reach a brokerage account person. Totally unacceptable for an experienced investor attempting to make some trades.
I do not recommend this bank they are operating under false pretence to commit fraudulent activity.I opened up and account 2 days ago the 2nd day I deposited funds and linked an account and sent funds I also had a very brief thorough chat with one of there chat representatives regarding a few questions since I was pretty new to the trading scene.
