I tried calling the Virginia Beach branch office just now, and was re-directed to someone in Phoenix, AZ... How interesting, as it is Monday the 6th of January, 2025, at just before 3 PM, and office hours are supposed to be until 5. I have not been contacted by my Representative Zachary Rosequist since Sep 2023, and just found out I had been reassigned to a new representative named Haley Gebhart (no idea when that change took place) and I have never been contacted by her either. Think or Swim - how about Sink or Swim. This is the most confusing platform I have every encountered. The platform is NOT user friendly. I have used Schwab for 20 years, Street Smart Pro, and it is easy to understand. Why change something that works?
Incredibly disheartened and frustrated with this branch. Years ago I had no issues. With in the last few months I tried reaching out via email with the ask that they contact me via email as my work hours are not always conducive to answering my phone. Instead, I received a VM a week later. I then called back 2 times leaving VM and after weeks of no response I called the main CS line. absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of banking.
You cannot call the branch without typing the full name of the person you want to speak to on a phone key pad like texting on a flip phone! You cannot get hold of any employee at this branch without knowing their exact name. They have no way to contact the branch by phone any other way. Routes you all over the county!
