The young lady was very patient very helpful and very polite and she done a great job her name is Bianca pennisi and from a one to a 10 I would give her a 12

I have been a Schwab customer for over 30 years. Also have money with JP Morgan and Fidelity. The Sarasota office is the worst I have EVER seen in my life. Its like they are the worKing retired. There don't return calls, they move slow, and have no passion. Tried to contact the person in charge of the office 2x and HIS boss. Nobody every responded. STAY AWAY
