Worst investment company ever. They will go belly up. ASAP I am moving my retirement to another brokerage house. They are horrible. I also see that of 46 reviews I am not alone in my thought process. Goodbye Schwab. Forever
I’ve been to this branch twice, and both times I was the only customer and both times no one said hi or looked up from their computer/phones. Feels like they didn’t want my business or that I was inconveniencing them by being there.
Like the other reviews, I tried calling but no one answered. Then I called the corporate office who tried to contact this office, but still no answer. It’s like no one works there or they don’t want my business. Update 7/18: I called twice, no answer. Again, I called corporate customer service who tried to contact the branch – still no answer.
The visit to Sarasota office was amazing. Bianca Pennisi was very helpful and professional. She accomplished a lot of things for us in a very timely manner. Client of Scwab for over 30 years.
