Well it didn't start off very well at the UTC office, but due to the great service from Sylvia, I went from 3 stars to 5. She helped me with mailing out checks from a trust as well as setting up another account to have money wired to my bank. She spent at least 40 minutes with me and even helped me find my routing number for my bank. Kat treated me like I was dense for not understanding what was basic terminology to her but foreign concepts to me with no further clarification when I told her I did not understand. Her colleague behind the desk was friendly enough to interject and explain to me that a BMO money market is not a traditional money market account nor does it act like one (surprise to someone who does not have experience in investments!), and I was treated like a nuisance when I didn’t sign up for an account when she expected me to. The representative who was “helping” me was annoyed when I asked questions/needed clarification, didn’t take the time to understand my situation and wasn’t friendly at all.

I dealt with Jason Wilson, he was very friendly efficient and pleasant, and patient with my inability to deal with computers, they did a great job.
