Incompetent staff unable to help. The email says call to resolve. I called and they said wait for another email. A week later and they still can’t seem to process my simple Zelle transaction. I think they are investing my money with as many days as possible before I am allowed to send it on to another bank, or maybe they don’t have the money on hand so they are stalling.
