I've always been active with my investing and had no problems with the transition from TD Ameritrade. I like the CS website for research and investing and have been active with it. I did get an appointment with the local rep in Pensacola, FL to discuss a possible transfer of a large annuity to CS and was transferred to an annuity specialist who advised me to keep this annuity.
